Shipping policy

Once an order is received, it will typically ship within 48 hours. If there is an exception for any reason, I will reach out to you! (:

Pete+Lucy Pre Orders: the expected arrival date is in the product description-this date is when I am expected to receive the items and I will ship within 48 hours!

Pete+Lucy Weekly Releases: Open weekly on Monday at 10 AM EST, once your order is received, I order from P+L. I usually receive the order within 2-3 business days and will ship within 48 hours!

Once a package is dropped off at the shipping facility, it is no longer in my control, therefore any lost or stolen packages are not my responsibility. Please contact the shipping facility for info once shipped.
